These terms apply to the website and Moply services operated by ZUNNO WEB DESIGN LTDA (CNPJ 69.259.377/0001-66), trading as Zunno Serviços Digitais, based in Brazil. Moply provides software for residential and commercial cleaning businesses in the United States.
Use of the service
Use the service only for lawful purposes and with authorization for the accounts and information you access. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate contact information. Cleaning businesses are responsible for their own cleaning services, schedules, quotes and invoices. Questions about a cleaning appointment or payment should be directed to the cleaning business involved.
SMS Terms
Program name: Moply service notifications
Transactional text messages are sent from +1 888 909 3973 on behalf of cleaning businesses to their own customers and employees. Notifications include scheduled, rescheduled and cancelled cleanings; team on the way; cleaning started and completed; responses to rescheduling requests; quote and invoice links; payment reminders; and access invitations.
No marketing messages are sent through this program.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@zunnodigital.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Customers opt in by providing a mobile phone number to their cleaning business when arranging service and expressly agreeing to receive text messages about their cleanings. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase cleaning services. See the SMS opt-in explanation and consent text.
Every message ends with “Reply STOP to opt out”. STOP and HELP are handled automatically by Telnyx. Customers can also disable SMS in the portal under Settings → Notifications. After opting out, contact the cleaning business directly for appointment updates.
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. SMS is not intended for emergencies. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
